Critical Role's Mighty Nein Embark on Unlikely Adventure in Free Comic Book Day Release

The story, penned by Sam Maggs (author of Fangirl's Guide to the Galaxy) with art by Leonardo Cino, plunges the duo into the awkwardness of interactive dinner theater. Tasked with locating a person of interest, Beau and Caleb find themselves at the "Taste of Tal'Dorei" in Bassuras, an establishment putting on a performance themed around a celebrated group of local adventurers.
As described by Dark Horse, the narrative follows Beau and Caleb's initial bemusement, their gradual immersion in the theatrical recreation, and the subsequent disruption caused by the arrival of enigmatic new patrons. The comic promises a blend of lighthearted comedy and intriguing plot developments.
